Having Alex take our photos was such a wonderful experience for us. As a couple who had never had professional photos taken we were really looking for someone who could make us feel comfortable, capture those in-between moments and guide us on what to do. Alex did just that! She got us outside of our comfort zone, and made being “silly” to capture genuine laughter feel so effortless and comfortable. I cannot wait to use Alex for our important events in the future and am excited to see what other magic she can capture!

We had an amazing experience with Alex as our photographer! My partner and I are camera shy, but Alex made us feel very comfortable and gave us pose recommendations that turned out wonderful. She was also able to include our dog in our session and he looks great in all of the photos. I would love to do another shoot with Alex in the future!

Our experience with Alex was wonderful - with two distracted rescue dogs, Alex was patient, dynamic and clearly has a love and understanding of rescue dogs. And the pictures - wow! We first met Alex earlier this year through the IG/dog rescue community and were so impressed with the photos she had taken of friends and their dogs, that we decided to book a family photoshoot of our own with our beloved rescue, Dave. From the moment we reached out to Alex, we knew we had made the right decision: she was so responsive, shared ideas for different locations, and answered all our questions without hesitation. On the day of our session, she even reached out to ask if we wanted to reschedule or try a shoot with an umbrella since it was supposed to rain (it sprinkled for a very short period of time)! Our session at Evergreen Brickworks was perfect. Alex had done some location scouting ahead of time and had us trekking all across the site to get the best photos. She made us and our dog feel so comfortable (Dave is typically camera shy), and captured the most beautiful photos that we will treasure for a lifetime. We can't say enough good things about Alex and we look forward to making our sessions with her an annual tradition!
